These terms cover your use of the shatteredtearmusic.com website and anything you buy in its store. They are not the agreement for production, session, custom merchandise or distribution work we do for you. That work is covered by its own written agreement, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

The text, layout, design and logo of this site belong to Shattered Tear Music. Artist names, artwork, recordings and trademarks belong to the artists and rights holders concerned, and appear here with their permission or as permitted by law.
You may link to this site and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish its content as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Music on the artists page is played through Spotify’s own embedded player. That content is served by Spotify, subject to Spotify’s terms, and its availability is outside our control.
Sending us a message through this site does not create any agreement between us. Descriptions of our services are a summary: scope, timeline, deliverables and price for that work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy it, and the order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item is priced or described wrongly, we will tell you before the order goes ahead and you can cancel it.
Delivery choices and any cost are shown at checkout, and you can choose to pick your order up at our merch booth at a show instead. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Photographs on product pages are mockups, so a printed garment can differ a little from the picture, and colors vary from screen to screen.
Product specifications, including fabric content, weight and construction, are supplied by the garment manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change without notice. We reproduce them in good faith and make no warranty as to their accuracy.
Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available. The site is provided as-is.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Shattered Tear Music is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
